Seabass in Casserole

Materials

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 deboned sea bass
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (to be added separately for each casserole
  • First, add olive oil, onion and peppers to the pan, stir, cover and cook until soft.
  • Let's add the garlic and sea bass. Add the spices and bay leaf, mix, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Let's add the tomato last, cover it without stirring and let it cook. When the tomatoes become soft, stir them, cook for 10 more and then remove them from the stove.
  • Let's share it among the casseroles, add half a tea glass of water and add 1 tablespoon of butter to each casserole.
  • Let's bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. After cooking a casserole, I grated some cheddar on it, cooked it for another 5 minutes and took it out of the oven. If you wish, you can make them all with kashar.
