Baked Salmon with Vegetables

Materials

  • (Tea glass size is 100ml)
  • 4-5 slices of salmon
  • Half of a small broccoli
  • Half of a small cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capia pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper

For the sauce;

  • 1.5 tablespoons of butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 1 tea glass of milk (at room temperature)
  • Half a tea glass of cream
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 1 handful of finely chopped dill

Since salmon is an oily fish, you do not need to add oil. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on it and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  1. Blend the vegetables with plenty of butter, salt and black pepper, place them next to the fish, cover them with slightly moistened wax paper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees with fan setting.
  2. For the sauce, melt the butter, add the flour and fry until fragrant.
  3. Then slowly add the water and milk and stir.
  4. When it thickens, add the cream and spices and boil one more time.
  5. Lastly add dill and pour it over the cooked fish.
