Materials
- 3 slices of fillet salmon (500gr)
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 cloves of grated garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- Half a tea glass of olive oil
- Salt, black pepper
For the Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 250ml milk
- 1 clove of grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Half bunch of finely chopped dill
- Salt
- Black pepper
- First of all, the potatoes are peeled and left to boil in salted water. When the water starts to boil, cook for 20 minutes and remove from the stove.
- For the marinade of the salmon, grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper are mixed well in a bowl.
- This mixture is spread on the fish. Spread the remaining sauce on the potatoes cut into quarters lengthwise. Baking paper is laid on a suitable tray.
- Fish and potatoes are placed on top and cooked in a preheated oven at 190 degrees (upper/lower setting) for 25 minutes. Do not dry the fish too much.
- For the sauce, melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add grated garlic and sauté for half a minute.
- Add the flour and fry until the flour smell disappears, add the milk and continue mixing. When it starts to boil, add lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
- Set the stove on the lowest heat and cook for 1 minute.
- Then remove it from the stove. Place the fish and potatoes on a serving plate and pour the sauce over the fish.
